• Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or management from an accredited college.
• Minimum five years of project management experience.
• Minimum five years of construction management experience.
• At least three years of supervisory experience in chilled water systems.
• Excellent client relations and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the Services business within SEGI.
• Oversee startup, commissioning, warranty, and after-market services.
• Develop proposals, budgets, and scopes of work.
• Ensure health and safety for services personnel.
• Forecast resources and manage cash flow through invoicing.
• Coordinate with Business Development on new service opportunities.
