Job summary

Stellar Energy Global Infrastructure in Jacksonville, FL, is seeking a Supply Chain Director to lead the end-to-end sourcing, contracting, and logistics for turnkey energy infrastructure EPC projects. This role requires strategic leadership of a global supplier network and alignment with engineering, project controls, and finance to meet schedule and budget.

You will build robust supplier qualifications, negotiate terms, and ensure on-time delivery of equipment from $10M to $500M TIC programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 7 years of sourcing/procurement/supply chain experience.
• Experience with engineered equipment and large EPC projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads supply chain activities for large-scale global EPC projects.
• Manages supplier qualification, selection, and negotiations.
• Oversees purchase orders, subcontracts, and delivery performance.
• Collaborates with Engineering, Project Management, and Business Development.
• Ensures INCOTerms, logistics, and ISO 9001 readiness.
• Develops cost-saving sourcing strategies.
