Life Line Emergency Vehicles, Inc. is seeking a President to lead the company’s strategic, operational, and financial performance.

This role oversees Life Line’s growth objectives, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality, with reporting to Folience’s CEO/President and collaboration with Shared Services. The President provides strategic direction to the leadership team and partners with Folience executive leadership to ensure alignment with enterprise goals and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of executive leadership experience in manufacturing or related industry with P&L ownership.
• Proven track record of leading a business unit, division, or enterprise in manufacturing through growth or transformation.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong financial acumen and strategic planning skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and develop high-performing cross-functional teams.
• Results-oriented leadership style with hands-on approach and bias for action.

Responsabilités

• Owns full P&L responsibility and drives revenue, margin, and profitability targets.
• Develops and executes long-term strategic plans aligned with Folience goals; expands ambulance production capacity.
• Identifies market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning for planning.
• Leads business development, sales, marketing, and customer relationship strategies with the Director of Sales.
• Expands into new markets and improves market share through product, service, or geographic innovation.
• Partners with Dealers, Distributors, Fleet managers, and EMS end-users to build relationships.
• Leads business transformation and change management initiatives.
• Represents Life Line at industry events and with key stakeholders.
• Oversees manufacturing, supply chain, and quality to meet production targets safely and efficiently.
• Drives operational excellence through KPIs and lean initiatives; ensures regulatory compliance.
