Job summary

Folience, a Cedar Rapids, IA-based holding company, seeks a CFO to lead financial strategy, ESOP administration, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for Folience and its portfolio of companies including Life Line Emergency Vehicles and Cimarron Trailers.

The role reports to the CEO and aligns financial plans with operational execution across the enterprise, with responsibility for capital structure, lender relationships, and strategic analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience including CFO/VP Finance roles.
• Experience in multi-entity holding company structures and cross-unit partnership.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and financial forecasting for Folience and units.
• Serve as chief financial strategist to CEO and oversee capital allocation decisions.
• Prepare and deliver board-level financial reporting and analysis.
• Oversee ESOP administration, annual stock valuation, and funding modeling.
• Direct external audits, treasury, and risk management for the enterprise.
