Job summary

Page Executive is seeking a President to lead a private equity backed precision metal stamper serving automotive and industrial customers. The role spans P&L, strategy, and daily operations, with a path toward growth and a potential exit.

The President will oversee two manufacturing sites, drive Lean and continuous improvement, and work with Sales to expand markets while ensuring compliance and profitability.

Qualifications

• 15-20 years of industry experience in manufacturing, industrial, and automotive.
• Must have prior experience working at an automotive supplier.
• 10 years of senior leadership leading P&L for a small business, division, product line or segment.
• Strong financial and business acumen with strategic thinking.
• Experience leading sales/commercial teams to grow revenue and enter new markets.
• Lean manufacturing, CI, Six Sigma experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company's strategic vision and objectives.
• Identify revenue growth, market expansion, and operational improvements.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning with Finance.
• Direct manufacturing operations to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Lead two manufacturing operations and drive Lean CI improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales to drive business development and key customer relationships.
• Build and mentor the leadership team; foster accountability and integrity.
• Ensure regulatory, environmental, and safety compliance; manage risk and continuity.
• Maintain IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 certifications through annual audits.
