Job summary

Life Line Emergency Vehicles, a Folience subsidiary, seeks an experienced executive to serve as President. You will own full P&L, drive profitable growth, and lead life‑line manufacturing and operations to scale production and market share.

You will partner with Folience Shared Services on finance, HR, IT, and operations, guiding a 200+ strong workforce toward strategic objectives. You will report to the Folience CEO/President and shape long‑term plans, market expansion, and operational

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
10+ years of executive leadership experience with P&L ownership.
Proven track record leading a manufacturing unit through growth or transformation.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Solid financial acumen and strategic planning abilities.
Experience building high‑performing cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Own overall performance with three pillars: growth, operations, and profitability.
Develop and execute long‑term strategic plans aligned with Folience goals.
Lead business development, sales, marketing, and customer relationships.
Oversee manufacturing, supply chain, and quality across the business.
Mentor leadership team and foster accountability, safety, and lean culture.
