Job summary

InMotion Hosting seeks a President/COO to lead day-to-day operations, own the P&L, and drive the next growth phase. The role requires strong execution cadence, governance with the Board, and the ability to shape strategy while delivering on 2027 plans.

You will collaborate with the CEO and leadership to scale global sales, product, and support, while embedding AI as a multiplier for the team, not a replacement, and ensuring disciplined financial performance.

Qualifications

• Senior operating leadership in a recurring-revenue business.
• Experience leading B2B tech hosting/infrastructure.
• Strong execution with KPI and OKR discipline.
• Global sales and support experience across countries.

Responsibilities

• Hit revenue and EBITDA targets for the 2027 plan.
• Chair KPI and OKR meetings; enforce the Business Operating System.
• Shape the team; hire and develop leaders.
• Maintain executive customer relationships; handle escalations.
• Incorporate AI as a multiplier for the team.
