Job summary

Salt Creek Capital is seeking an experienced operating executive to join the firm as an Executive Partner. The executive will evaluate acquisition opportunities and oversee them as President & CEO after close. As CEO, you will manage the full P&L, shape the growth strategy, and provide operational leadership.

CEOs of acquired companies report to Salt Creek's board of directors and must drive profitability through proactive business development, fiduciary stewardship, and strong integrity.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of senior management experience with P&L responsibilities.
• Experience as President or GM is required.
• Proven ability to drive EBITDA and free cash flow.
• Entrepreneurial thinker willing to take high level responsibility.

## What Does This President/CEO Role Involve?Salt Creek Capital is seeking an experienced operating executive to join the firm as an Executive Partner. The executive is expected to work with the firm to evaluate acquisition opportunities of companies which they would oversee as President & CEO post-close. As CEO, the executive will be required to manage the full P&L, develop the growth strategy, and provide operational management.
