Job summary

Salt Creek Capital is seeking an experienced operating executive to join the firm as an Executive Partner. The executive will evaluate acquisition opportunities and, post-close, oversee the acquired company as President & CEO, managing P&L and guiding growth.

As CEO, the leader will develop growth strategy, drive operational management, and participate on the board of directors, reporting to and collaborating with Salt Creek Capital and the company’s board.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of senior management experience with proven P&L ownership.
• Experience serving as President or GM and driving profitability.
• Ability to balance fiduciary responsibilities to multiple stakeholders and partners.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate acquisition opportunities and oversee post-close as President & CEO.
• Manage full P&L, develop growth strategy, and provide operational oversight.
• Serve on the board and report to Salt Creek Capital and company directors.
