Job summary

Park 82 is seeking a friendly, professional Host/Hostess to join our front-of-house team at an upscale restaurant. You will manage reservations, guest flow, takeout orders, and greet guests with an excellent first impression.

Ideal candidates have restaurant experience, strong communication skills, and are comfortable multitasking during busy periods, including lunch, dinner, and weekends. Part-time position with $14.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience with OpenTable is required.
• Experience with Toast and Toast TakeOut / 2 Go orders is required.
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Manage reservations and seating using OpenTable.
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist with reservations and guest questions.
• Manage Toast / Toast TakeOut (2 Go) orders accurately.
• Coordinate with servers and management to maintain an organized seating rotation.

• Maintain a clean and organized host stand and entrance.
• Provide excellent hospitality from the moment guests arrive until they leave.

Park 82 is seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Host/Hostess to join our front-of-house team.

The ideal candidate has restaurant experience, excellent communication skills, and is comfortable managing reservations, guest flow, and takeout orders in a busy upscale restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

Requirements
