The Parkside is seeking a friendly Host to welcome guests, manage reservations, and help keep dining flow smooth in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will greet guests, escort them to tables, and maintain an organized seating chart while collaborating with servers and management to ensure an outstanding guest experience.

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide a friendly, welcoming first impression.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and table assignments efficiently.
• Maintain an organized seating chart to support smooth service flow.
• Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, and management.
• Escort guests to tables and provide menus.
• Answer phones, take reservations, and assist with guest inquiries.
• Monitor dining room activity to anticipate guest and team needs.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entry area.
• Support the service team as needed to ensure an excellent guest experience.
• Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return.
• Stay guest and culture focused, nurturing an excellent guest experience.
