Strive Pharmacy is a personalized compounding pharmacy seeking a Prescriber Outreach Pharmacy Technician to join our onsite team in Mesa, AZ. You will contact provider offices to clarify prescriptions, supporting safe and accurate medication dispensing with clear communication.

We value strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work with pharmacists and digital pharmacy systems to resolve issues and ensure patient care remains personalized and high-quality.

Qualifications

• Active pharmacy technician license or certification as required by state.
• Previous pharmacy or healthcare communication experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using digital tools and pharmacy software systems.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage outbound calls to provider offices for prescription clarifications
• Document communication and outcomes in pharmacy software systems
• Collaborate with pharmacists and internal teams to resolve outstanding prescription issues
• Perform ancillary tasks to support prescription processing

M-F 8:00am - 6:00pm.

Position Overview

The Prescriber Outreach Pharmacy Technician is responsible for contacting provider offices to clarify prescription information. This role supports safe and accurate medication dispensing by ensuring all necessary details are confirmed and communicated clearly. It requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work within digital pharmacy systems.

Work Environment
