Strive Pharmacy is a patient-focused compounding pharmacy based in Mesa, AZ. We are seeking a Customer Care Pharmacy Technician to improve patient communication, ensure accurate payments, and support a high standard of personalized care.

This role is onsite, Monday–Friday, with wages of $20–$25 per hour. The position emphasizes HIPAA compliance, teamwork, and a strong customer-service mindset as part of our Striving With Heart culture.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required.
• Current and valid PTCB certification required.
• Clean criminal record with no felonies.
• Experience in customer service or call center in healthcare/pharma preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and HIPAA compliance.
• Proficient in basic math and PC skills; able to multitask across phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities

Required Qualifications:

• GED or high school diploma.
• Current and valid PTCB (Pharmacy Technician Certification Board) certification is required.
• A clean criminal record with no felonies.
• Previous experience working in a customer service or call center environment within the pharmaceutical or healthcare space
• Strong attention to detail, especially around HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards
• Proficiency in basic math and general PC skills, including Microsoft Office, internet navigation, and email.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask across phone, email, and chat channels.
• A collaborative, team-first mindset that aligns with Strive's culture of "Striving With Heart"
