• Ability to follow safety procedures and licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive, inclusive classroom environment for all children.
• Greet families daily and establish professional, welcoming relationships.
• Assist in implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum and Cadence Signature Programs.
• Communicate professionally with families, coworkers, and leadership using Cadence tools.
• Follow Cadence Safety and Supervision Manual and document incidents as required.
• Support in managing and escalating child behaviors per policy.
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and professional development as needed.
