Cadence Education in Bondurant, IA, is seeking a Preschool Teacher to support a safe, nurturing classroom and deliverCadence Signature Programs. You will work under the School Director and Lead Teacher to help children grow socially, emotionally, and academically in a licensed center.

Candidates should have an associate or bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education or be eligible per state requirements. Roles require teamwork, strong communication, and dedication to developmentally appropriate

Qualifications

• Must follow state licensing requirements for a Teacher in a licensed childcare center.
• Background clearances and health screenings required.
• CDA preferred but not required if state requirements are met.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment where children are treated with dignity and respect.
• Greet children and families daily and build professional relationships.
• Assist in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum and Cadence Signature Programs.
• Communicate with families and colleagues using Cadence-approved tools and systems.
• Follow the Cadence Education Safety and Supervision Manual and report incidents as required.
• Support in behavior management aligned with Cadence policies.
• Attend meetings, trainings, and professional development, including outside hours.
