Job summary

Cadence Education in Rogers, AR is seeking a Preschool Teacher to support daily classroom operations under the direction of the School Director and Lead Teacher. This role helps create a safe, nurturing environment that supports children’s development, follows IEPs when needed, and delivers Cadence Education programs while maintaining licensing compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
• Greet children and families daily and establish welcoming relationships.
• Assist in recognizing and responding to developmental, behavioral, cultural, and learning needs, including following IEPs.
• Support the Lead Teacher in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum and Cadence Signature Programs.
• Communicate professionally with families and leadership using Cadence-approved tools.
• Follow the Cadence Education Safety and Supervision Manual and report accidents/incidents.
• Assist in managing child behaviors in line with policies and classroom expectations.
• Adhere to all Cadence Education policies and procedures in the Employee Handbook.
• Participate in required meetings, trainings, and professional development.
