Job summary

Cadence Education in Rogers, AR is hiring a Preschool Teacher Assistant to support daily classroom activities and help implement Cadence Education programs under the guidance of the School Director and classroom leadership.

You will foster a safe, nurturing environment, assist with developmentally appropriate curriculum and IEP considerations, greet families, maintain strong communication, adhere to safety policies, and participate in trainings to grow professionally.

Qualifications

• Must meet state licensing qualifications for a Teacher Assistant in a licensed childcare center.
• Background clearances and health screenings must be obtained and maintained.
• A CDA is preferred but not required if state requirements are met.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive and respectful classroom environment.
• Greet children and families daily and build welcoming relationships.
• Assist with developmentally appropriate curriculum and Cadence Signature Programs.
• Follow Cadence Education Safety and Supervision Manual and report incidents.
• Participate in required meetings, trainings, and professional development.
