Job summary

Cadence Education in Eureka, MO is hiring a Toddler Teacher to support daily classroom operations under the direction of the School Director and Lead Teacher. You will help create a safe, nurturing environment, implement Cadence programs, and build positive relationships with children and families while ensuring safety and licensing compliance.

• Ability to follow safety procedures and support a safe classroom.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a classroom team.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
• Greet children and families daily and build welcoming relationships.
• Assist in recognizing developmental, behavioral, cultural, and learning needs, including following IEPs.
• Support planning and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum.
• Communicate professionally with families using Cadence-approved tools.
• Follow the Cadence Education Safety and Supervision Manual and report incidents as required.
• Assist in managing and escalating child behaviors per Cadence policies.
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and professional development.
