Job summary

Cadence Education in Rogers, MN is seeking a Preschool Teacher Assistant to join our caring classroom team. You will support daily activities, help implement our early childhood programs, and nurture a safe, engaging learning environment for young children, including those with IEPs.

Qualifications

Must meet minimum experience and education requirements for the state of employment.
Early childhood or classroom experience preferred.
Must meet state licensing qualifications for a Teacher Assistant.
Ability to obtain and maintain required background clearances and health screenings.

Responsibilities

Support a positive and respectful classroom environment.
Greet children and families and build welcoming relationships.
Assist in implementing age-appropriate curriculum and Cadence Education programs.
Communicate professionally with families and staff using Cadence-approved tools.
Follow safety and supervision policies and document incidents as required.
