Little Peoples Corner is seeking a Preschool Teacher to join our team in Canton, GA. You will assist with daily activities, supervise children, and help bring the early childhood curriculum to life in a safe, engaging environment.

We value dependable, patient individuals who work well in a collaborative setting and are eager to learn and grow in the field of early childhood education. State licensing and ongoing development are part of the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; coursework or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification where required; must meet state licensing requirements.
• Willingness to pass background check and complete ongoing professional development.
• Effective communication and collaboration with children, families, and team members.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required. Coursework or degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Previous experience working with young children in a childcare, preschool, or similar setting preferred.
• Basic understanding of classroom procedures and willingness to learn state licensing and compliance requirements.
• Must meet all state-specific education, certification (including CPR/First Aid, where required), licensing, and regulatory requirements, including the ability to pass a background check and complete ongoing professional development.
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with children, families, and team members.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
