Job summary

Building Blocks Learning Center is seeking a caring Preschool Teacher to join our team in Dallas, PA. You’ll lead a play-based curriculum that supports children's growth, exploration, and a love of learning.

You’ll track progress, communicate with families, and maintain a cheerful, organized classroom while fostering positive behavior and independence. A degree in Early Childhood Education is required, along with experience with preschool-aged children.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (Required)
• Experience with preschool-aged children (Required)
• Passion, creativity, and strong communication skill
• Creativity, patience, and an ability to create engaging learning experiences.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff.
• Ability to maintain classroom structure while fostering a positive and playful environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
