Cadence Education in Florida is seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher - Floater to join our team. You’ll support daily classroom operations, help implement Cadence Education programs, and create a safe, nurturing environment for young learners.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to consistently follow safety procedures and policies.

• Support a positive, inclusive classroom environment for children.
• Greet children and families and establish welcoming relationships.
• Assist in recognizing and responding to individual developmental, behavioral, cultural, and learning needs (IEPs).
• Support planning and implementation of developmentally appropriate curriculum.
• Communicate professionally with families and staff using Cadence-approved tools.
