Cadence Education in Florida is seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher - Floater to support daily classroom operations and healthy development.

You will work under the School Director and Lead Teacher, help implement Cadence Education programs, and foster a safe, engaging environment for children including those with IEPs.

The role offers hourly pay of $15–$19, full-time benefits, tuition discount, and opportunities for professional growth through CDA and development.

Qualifications

• Experience in early childhood education or childcare settings.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Must meet state licensing qualifications for a Teacher in licensed childcare center.

Responsabilités

• Support a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
• Greet children and families daily and establish professional relationships.
• Assist in recognizing and addressing individual developmental and learning needs, including IEPs.
• Support Lead Teacher in planning and implementing Cadence Signature Programs.
• Communicate professionally with families and staff using approved tools.
• Follow the Safety and Supervision Manual and document incidents.
• Assist in managing child behaviors in line with Cadence policies.
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and development, possibly outside hours.
