Cadence Education is seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher (Part-time Floater) to join our team. You will support daily classroom operations, help implement Cadence programs, and build positive relationships with children and families while ensuring safety and licensing compliance.

You will collaborate with the Lead Teacher, follow state licensing requirements, and participate in ongoing professional development and meetings outside regular hours.

Formación

• Ability to consistently follow safety procedures and policies.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a classroom team.
• Ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English.

Responsabilidades

• Support a positive, inclusive classroom environment with dignity and care.
• Greet children and families and establish welcoming relationships.
• Assist in recognizing individual developmental and learning needs including following IEPs and behavior plans.
• Support Lead Teacher in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum.
• Communicate professionally with families, coworkers, and leadership using Cadence-approved tools.
• Follow Cadence Education Safety and Supervision Manual and document incidents.
