Job summary

Cadence Education in Florence, KY is seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team. Under the direction of the School Director and Lead Teacher, you will support daily classroom operations, help implement Cadence Education programs, and create a safe, nurturing learning environment for young children, including those with IEPs.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a classroom team.
• Ability to follow state licensing requirements and Cadence policies.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive, inclusive classroom environment for all children.
• Greet families daily and establish professional, welcoming relationships.
• Assist in implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum and Cadence Signature Programs.
• Follow the Cadence Education Safety and Supervision Manual and report incidents as required.
• Communicate professionally with families, coworkers, and leadership using approved tools.
• Participate in required meetings, trainings, and professional development.
