Job summary

South Shore Early Education and Care, a program of South Shore Community Action Council, seeks a Preschool Teacher to join the Wareham team. This full-time, year-round role offers a 37.5-hour week with Monday–Friday daytime hours and no nights or weekends.

Competitive starting hourly rates are based on education: AA/AS $25.62/hour or BA/BS $27.67/hour, with excellent benefits including health and dental insurance, a retirement plan with match, paid time off and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Massachusetts CNA certification.
• Strong computer, technology, and data-entry skills.
• Fluency in speaking and understanding English.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Current Massachusetts Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Strong computer, technology, and data-entry skills.
• Fluency in speaking and understanding English.
• Valid Massachusetts driver's license and at least 18 years of age.

Preferred Background:

• 1–2 years of healthcare experience (pediatric or school-based healthcare is a plus; clinical internships and volunteer experience considered).
• Bilingual skills (Portuguese, Arabic, or Spanish) are a plus.
