Job summary

South Shore Early Education and Care is expanding in Wareham, MA, and seeks caring early childhood educators to join the growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to join now and receive training as you transition into Infant/Toddler classrooms.

SSCAC offers a full-time schedule (37.5 hours/week, 52 weeks), Monday–Friday with no nights or weekends, plus comprehensive benefits. CDA/AA/BA level candidates are compensated at competitive hourly rates based on experience.

Qualifications

• Infant/Toddler certification required.

• Lead Teacher responsibilities in Infant/Toddler classrooms when certified.

We are opening new Toddler classrooms at our recently renovated Wareham facility and are looking for caring, dedicated early childhood educators to join our growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team now and receive training and support as you are transitioning into one of our new Infant/Toddler classrooms.

POSITION BENEFITS & HIGHLIGHTS

• Competitive starting hourly rates commensurate with experience:
• o CDA: $24.60/hour
• o AA/AS: $25.62/hour
• o BA/BS: $27.67/hour
