Job summary

Cadence Education is hiring a Preschool Teacher Assistant to support daily classroom activities and implement Cadence Education programs. This role helps maintain a safe, nurturing learning environment for children, including those with IEPs, under supervision of the School Director and Lead Teacher.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Must meet state licensing requirements for Teacher Assistant.
• Ability to obtain and maintain background clearances and health screenings.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive classroom environment with care, dignity, and respect.
• Greet children and families daily and build welcoming relationships.
• Assist with developmentally appropriate curriculum and Cadence programs.
• Follow safety and supervision policies and document incidents as required.
• Communicate professionally with families and staff using approved tools.
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and professional development.
