Discovery Isle Preschool is seeking an experienced, passionate, and driven Preschool Teacher to lead our classroom at our premier preschool in Oceanside. What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily classroom operations and ensure full compliance with state licensing regulations.
• Design and implement thoughtful and intentional lessons that encourage student growth and development.
• Build meaningful relationships with families and create a welcoming school culture.
• Participate collaboratively and professionally with other teachers and staff.

What We’re Looking For:

• 12 Core ECE Units in Early Childhood Education OR an awarded CDA in the assigned age group.
• Infant and toddler teachers must have 3 Infant Toddler ECE Units completed.
• Minimum of 6 months of teaching experience in a licensed preschool or early childhood center.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to often carry and lift 25 pounds or less and occasionally carry 25‑50 pounds.
