Our locations span a nationwide geographic footprint and a diverse array of pedagogical approaches — including our proprietary Links to Learning curriculum that draws from the collective expertise of renowned early-age educators such as Dewey, Piaget and Vygotsky; Montessori schools that embrace both accredited Montessori methods – AMI (Association Montessori Internationale) and AMS (American Montessori Society); and progressive language immersion programs in Mandarin and Spanish.

Discovery Isle Preschool is seeking a loving and attentive Toddler Teacher to join our team. Our infant program provides a safe, nurturing environment where the youngest learners can explore, grow, and reach important developmental milestones — all while feeling secure and supported.

As a Toddler Teacher, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Provide a warm, responsive, and engaging classroom experience that supports each child’s individual needs.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with families through daily communication and care updates.
  • Create a safe and stimulating classroom environment where infants can develop curiosity, confidence, and early learning skills.
  • Collaborate with your teaching team to maintain consistent routines, meet licensing standards, and uphold our school’s commitment to excellence.
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old and have one of the following:
    • Completed 12 Core ECE Units in Early Childhood Education, including 3 Infant/Toddler units.
    • An awarded CDA in Infant Toddler.
  • 6 months of teaching experience in a licensed preschool or early childhood center.
  • Prior experience in a licensed childcare center.
  • A nurturing personality with patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with babies.
  • Authorization to work in the United States
Why Join Discovery Isle Preschool
  • Competitive pay and benefits.
  • Professional growth and training opportunities.
  • Supportive, team-focused work environment.
  • A chance to make a meaningful impact in children’s earliest years of learning.
