The Learning Experience - Ledgewood, NJ is seeking an enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to create an engaging classroom where children are excited to learn, explore, and grow. You'll help children strengthen early academic skills, language, independence, friendships, and confidence through purposeful play and hands-on learning experiences.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous professional daycare, preschool, childcare, or early childhood experience preferred
• Preschool classroom experience is a plus
• CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework is a plus
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Dependable, nurturing, energetic, and team-oriented
• Ability to meet New Jersey childcare licensing requirements

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily routines and learning experiences in a Preschool classroom

• Encourage independence, communication, problem-solving, and positive peer relationships
• Maintain consistent classroom routines and positive guidance
• Observe children's development and maintain required documentation
• Build strong relationships and communicate regularly with families
• Collaborate with classroom support teachers and center leadership
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized learning environment
• Follow New Jersey childcare licensing requirements

Preschool Teacher - Early Childhood Education

Location: The Learning Experience - Ledgewood, NJ

Pay: $18-$19 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday

• Create engaging activities supporting early literacy, math, science, creativity, and social-emotional development
