Job Description

Preschool Teacher – Up to $1,000 Sign-On Bonus!

Especially for Children Edina/Edinborough is looking for a dedicated preschool Teacher to join our team. If you’re passionate about early childhood education, we’d love to hear from you.

• $17-$22 per hour for MN DHS qualified teachers
• Monthly bonus based on hours worked
• Up to $1,000 sign-on bonus (details below)
• Competitive pay based on experience
• Paid breaks and meals
• Medical insurance, sick leave, and vacation time
• $1,000 bonus for candidates with a degree in Early Childhood Education
• $750 bonus for MN DHS Teacher or Assistant Teacher qualified candidates without an ECE degree
• Bonus paid in two installments after 30 and 60 days of employment

About the Role

As a preschool Teacher at Especially for Children, you will play a key role in creating a nurturing, engaging, and safe environment for young children. Our play-based curriculum (The Creative Curriculum) encourages children to explore and grow while fostering strong connections with families and fellow teachers.
