Currently hiring a FLEX teacher for all 5 of our locations: Philadelphia, PA, Elkins Park, Broomall & Wyncote.

Job Responsibilities

The Flex Teacher helps create a supportive environment for children's exploration and discovery, working across various classrooms as needed, with guaranteed 40 hours weekly.

Skills and Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in ECE preferred; CDA + experience accepted
• Minimum of 2 years or 2,500 hours of childcare experience
• Ability to pass physical and TB tests
• Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing)
• Able to lift 50 pounds and meet physical demands of childcare
• Visual acuity of at least 20/40 (corrected if needed)
