Job summary

Discovery Isle Preschool in California is looking for an early childhood educator to design engaging lessons that promote exploration and early literacy, and to foster independence through play-based learning. You will build strong relationships with children and their families while collaborating with fellow teachers to create a warm, inclusive classroom environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with High School Diploma or GED and one of the following: 12 Core ECE Units or CDA in preschool.
• Minimum of 6 months prior teaching experience in a licensed childcare center.

• Authorization to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Completed 12 Core Early Childhood Education (ECE) Units as required by the state of California.
• An awarded Child Development Associate (CDA) in preschool.
• Minimum of 6 months prior teaching experience in a licensed childcare center.
• A nurturing personality with patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with babies.
• Authorization to work in the United States
