Discovery Isle Preschool in California is seeking an Infant Teacher to provide a warm, responsive classroom experience for babies, build trusting relationships with families, and support early learning. You will partner with the teaching team to maintain routines and ensure safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Completion of 12 Core Early Childhood Education (ECE) Units, including 3 Infant Toddler units, or CDA in Infant Toddler.
• Minimum 6 months of teaching experience in a licensed childcare center.

Job description

As an Infant Teacher, you’ll have the opportunity to:

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old, have an awarded high school diploma or GED, AND have one of the following:
  • Completed 12 Core Early Childhood Education (ECE) Units, including 3 Infant Toddler ECE Units OR
  • An awarded Child Development Associate (CDA) in Infant Toddler.
• A minimum of 6 months prior teaching experience in a licensed childcare center.
• A nurturing personality with patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with babies.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
