Discovery Isle Preschool is seeking a loving and attentive full-time Infant Toddler Teacher to join our team in Carlsbad, CA. You will work with older infants and young toddlers, providing a warm, responsive classroom experience that supports each child’s individual needs.

You will build strong relationships with families through daily communication and care updates while maintaining a safe and stimulating environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED and required ECE units or CDA.
• Minimum of 6 months teaching experience in a licensed childcare center.
• Nurturing personality with patience, flexibility, and love for working with babies.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Discovery Isle Preschool is seeking a loving and attentive full-time Infant Toddler Teacher to join our team.

Our infant and toddler programs provide a safe, nurturing environment where the youngest learners can explore, grow, and reach important developmental milestones - all while feeling secure and supported.

As an Infant Toddler Teacher, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Work with older infants and young toddlers.

• Create a safe and stimulating classroom environment where infants can develop curiosity, confidence, and early learning skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old, have an awarded high school diploma or GED AND one of the following:
  • Completed 12 Core ECE Units, including 3 Infant Toddler Units OR
  • An awarded Child Development Associate (CDA) in Infant Toddler.
• A minimum of 6 months prior teaching experience in a licensed childcare center.
• A nurturing personality with patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with babies.
• Authorization to work in the United States
