SALARY: $16.00/hr. minimum pay rate

TYPE: Part Time/Seasonal

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be at least 20 years of age or older with previous experience working with and/or teaching children. Must be friendly and creative with the desire to engage and educate children. Must have strong communication skills in both verbal and written format with ability to communicate effectively with staff, children and parents and provide quality customer service. Ability to maintain discretion with regard to confidential matters and/or information. Must have or be able to obtain First Aid/CPR certification within 3 months of hire date.

DUTIES

Under the direction and supervision of the Preschool Supervisor, the Preschool Substitute Teacher is primarily responsible for classroom management and implementing the preschool curriculum. This is an at-will position.
