Hopkinton Public School District Hopkinton Integrated PreSchool in Hopkinton, MA, seeks a Special Education Paraprofessional w/ABA for a part-time 0.9 position, starting 10/29/2026. Compensation per bargaining agreement, $29.26–$31.04 per hour.

Under guidance of the BCBA and teachers, the paraprofessional provides social-emotional, behavioral, and instructional support to students with diverse needs, using ABA strategies and collaboration with the school team.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or successful completion of the ParaPro exam.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, to children and adults.
• Experience with, and willingness to provide direct assistance to students to manage personal care to improve daily life skills.
• ABA training and/or certification; RBT preferred.
• Massachusetts DESE license in a related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides overall support to student(s) and the classroom teacher(s).
• Monitors student behavior per IEP/BIP.
• Performs discrete trial instruction and documents outcomes.
• Adapts support based on guidance from teachers and specialists.
• Records academic, behavioral, and social progress.
