Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support preschoolers for the 2026/2027 school year. This is a full-time, contract position delivering services to a diverse preschool caseload with mostly mild-to-moderate needs and some intensive cases, including AAC users.

Ideal candidates have school-based SLP experience, early intervention passion, and active California COC. California Medicaid Paradigm billing experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Current SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence).
• Experience in a school setting supporting preschool students.
• Familiarity with AAC devices and alternative communication methods.
• Experience with California Medicaid Paradigm billing preferred.
• Active Certificate of Clearance (COC).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and deliver therapy for preschool-aged students with diverse speech, language, and communication needs.
• Develop individual and group intervention plans aligned to students' IEP goals.
• Collaborate regularly with teachers, staff, and families to optimize student progress.
• Document progress and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including IEP meetings.
• Provide training and resources on AAC devices and therapeutic strategies to staff and families.
