Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking two speech-language pathologists to provide itinerant speech-language services to preschool children in Carbon and Lehigh Counties throughout the school year and beyond. The role involves direct therapy across PreK–12 as needs evolve, collaborating with teachers and families to achieve individual goals.

The position requires PA SLP licensure, CCC-SLP, educator certification, and in-person availability for the contract duration.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania SLP licensure.
• Certification as an educator with Instructional I or II.
• CCC-SLP credential.
• Experience in schools, especially in early intervention or pediatric settings.
• Flexible and adaptable to evolving caseloads, including possible school-age assignment.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• In-person availability for the duration of the contract.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy to preschool students across multiple sites in Carbon and Lehigh Counties.
• Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans targeting speech and language development.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance records.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support goals.
• Adapt to assignment changes that may occur during the academic year.
• Provide services for approximately 35 hours per week, following an Early Intervention year-round calendar.
