Job summary

Cross Country Education is seeking two compassionate Speech-Language Pathologists to support an Early Intervention program in the Reading, PA area during the 2026–2027 school year.

Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy to preschool-aged children in community settings like daycares and preschools, while building strong partnerships with staff and families and maintaining documentation to support IEP goals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• PA SLP license and DOE certification.
• CCC-Certification with ASHA preferred.
• CFY applicants encouraged.
• Experience in early intervention or with preschoolers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech-language therapy to preschool-aged children in community settings.
• Collaborate with daycare staff and families to support goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and monitor progress toward IEP goals.
