Job summary

Progressive Pediatric Therapy is seeking an experienced pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to provide Early Intervention services and assessments in Berks, Schuylkill, Lebanon, and Lancaster counties. This independent contractor position suits an organized, family-centered professional who enjoys delivering services in home and community settings.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, PA SLP license, and ASHA CCC, with 1–3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• PA SLP license required.
• ASHA CCC required.
• 1–3 years of experience with children.
• Experience with infants and toddlers in PA EI preferred.
• Ability to complete direct treatment and EI evaluations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language services to infants and toddlers in homes and community settings.
• Complete developmental/Early Intervention evaluations in Berks/Lancaster Counties.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, service coordinators, and other team members.
• Develop family-centered recommendations for daily routines.
• Complete documentation and reports accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain compliance with PA EI requirements and professional standards.
• Manage scheduling and communication with families independently.
