Ampersand Therapy in Montrose, CO is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support K-12 students in a school-based setting. CFs welcome and mentored; flexible full-time or part-time schedules with competitive hourly pay up to $65.

You'll collaborate with teachers and families, conduct assessments, write reports, and contribute to IEP goals while maintaining compliant records and ongoing professional development.

Qualificações

• Valid Colorado State SLP license (or ability to obtain).
• Colorado CDE Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• School-based experience preferred, not required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide speech-language therapy services in a K-12 school setting.
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
