Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is seeking Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a full-time, school-based role in Bailey, CO. Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication while working with supportive mentors for CFs.

This position offers competitive pay up to $65/hour, a stable school-year schedule, W-2 employment with liability insurance, and benefits including health care and a 401(k) with company match. CFs encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Valid Colorado State SLP license (or ability to obtain).
• Colorado CDE Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• School-based experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services in a school setting
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
