Job summary

Catalyst Family Inc. is seeking an Associate Teacher to support planning and implementing developmentally appropriate programming for children from infants to school age, depending on the location.

You will create age-appropriate curriculum, foster social-emotional development, and supervise children to maintain a safe and engaging environment. Qualifications

• 12-24 postsecondary semester or equivalent in ECE, CD, or related field with passing grades of C- or better.
• Associate Teacher Permit or above issued by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing

Responsibilities

• Create and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum connected to children's interests.
• Maintain enriched, age-appropriate learning environments and experiences.
• Provide excellent customer service by building authentic connections with children, families, schools, and communities.
• Ensure children are healthy and safe with proper supervision and positive interactions.
• Collaborate with staff to deliver high-quality programs and a positive workplace.
