Zusammenfassung

Catalyst Family Inc. is seeking teaching staff to support planning and implementation of developmentally appropriate programming for children from infant to school age, depending on the location.

You will create engaging, age-appropriate curricula, ensure safe supervision, and collaborate with center teams to deliver high-quality programs while maintaining strong relationships with families and the community.

Qualifikationen

• Education and permit requirements may vary by center; 24 postsecondary semester or equivalent quarter units in Early Childhood Education/Child Development with passing grades of C- or better, plus 16 general education units OR AA degree or higher in ECE/CD from a nationally accredited college OR Teacher Permit issued by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing.
• Experience requirement: 2 years in group care with consistent age group; 1 year supervising adults optional; CPR & First Aid certification preferred.
• Ability to work with colleagues in a professional team environment and effective communication with children and families.
