DTD/TLZ Multi-Site is seeking an experienced Regional Director to oversee operations of multiple child care centers across the region. This leadership role ensures excellence in program quality, regulatory compliance, family satisfaction, and staff development.

You will lead Center Directors, drive enrollment growth, monitor budgets, and foster a positive culture that supports teachers and prioritizes children's development across all locations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in child care/early education.
• Strong knowledge of DHS regulations and child care best practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Salaried position with bonus incentives up to $15,000.
