Job summary

Learning Care is seeking a Center Director in Fresno, CA to lead daily operations, inspire staff, and promote growth for children and families.

This role emphasizes leadership, compliance with licensing standards, and community engagement within a caring, educational setting.

Qualifications

• Must have 1–2 years of supervisory/management experience; experience in early childhood education strongly preferred.
• D CDA, associate, or bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred and must meet state requirements.

In a Center Director, we look for committed individuals who want to have a positive impact in the lives of children and their families, while effectively and efficiently running all school operations. The Director promotes the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children and works with the staff to create a warm, inspiring environment, while keeping parents informed and engaged.

Job Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• CDA, associate, or bachelor’s degree preferred in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
• 1-2 years of supervisory/management experience; experience in early childhood education strongly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation of $70,000-$75,000/salary based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options.
