Job summary

DTDMIDTN, Inc. is seeking a Preschool Director to lead one of our premier early childhood centers in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. You will shape school culture, mentor educators, and ensure high-quality care and education for children and families every day.

You will build a strong team, drive enrollment and retention, and maintain full licensing compliance while partnering with families and the community. This role offers leadership within a multi-school organization and a competitive compensation

Qualifications

• Experience leading childcare centers and driving high-quality learning environments.
• Knowledge of state licensing, accreditation, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to coach and develop educators and foster a positive school culture.
• Strong commitment to safety, student wellbeing, and family engagement.
