Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking a Center Director in Henderson, NV to lead daily operations, nurture growth in children, and engage families. The role focuses on maintaining a warm, safe, and educational environment while guiding staff and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will oversee curriculum implementation, staff performance, and community partnerships, with a focus on delivering exceptional childcare services and family engagement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• CDA, associate, or bachelor’s degree preferred in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• 1–2 years of supervisory/management experience; experience in early childhood education strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

In a Center Director, we look for committed individuals who want to have a positive impact in the lives of children and their families, while effectively and efficiently running all school operations. As a Director, you will:

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

• 1-2 years of supervisory/management experience; experience in early childhood education strongly preferred.

Compensation/Benefits:

• Compensation of $50,000-$65,000/salary based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options.
